The site, off Sandhurst Lane in Twigworth, has outline planning permission for up to 85 new homes. Of these, 40% will be affordable.

Julian Harbottle at Savills and Andrew Bower at Court Consulting acted on behalf of the landowner and Catesby on the sale.

The sum in the transaction has not been disclosed.
